一个月前就知道白色条纹的新专辑将于6月19号发行，但毫无疑问，按照以往的“惯例”，提前一个礼拜就可以拿到了，果然这次也没让我失望，新专辑如期而至，之前发行的单曲icky thump我都没听，就等着整张唱片了。

这是白色条纹历张专辑中首次有专辑同名歌曲的一张，不过说实在的，尽管icky thump有着他们一贯的曲风，但似乎这不是首让人一听就会喜欢上的作品，也许要反复聆听才会有感觉。新专辑的封面也摆脱了他们一贯的红黑风格，而是采用了黑白照片的形式，复古韵味更加浓重，即便如此，乐队还是不忘贴上一个红色的标签，
